Evangelical Mission Church City of Refuge is a Christ-centered, Bible-based church committed to sharing the love, truth, and hope of Jesus Christ. Located in South Portland in the state of Maine, we have served our community since 2017, welcoming people from all walks of life to experience faith, fellowship, and spiritual growth.
